Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Female** **Quality Officer** to join our home care center to ensure that our services meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring processes, conducting audits (DOH ,JAWDA ,AFHICS,ACHC), and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and internal audits
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare quality reports and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
- Ensure staff adherence to quality and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, or related field
- Proven experience in a quality assurance/control role in Medical field (In home care setting would be a plus)
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (DOH,JAWDA)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management system
