Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Head Nurse to lead our nursing team and ensure the delivery of high quality patient care. The Head Nurse will oversee daily nursing operations, supervise clinical staff, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and promote a culture of excellen
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the nursing team specially the bedside nurses.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical practice.
- Develop staff schedules and manage shift coverage.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance evaluations for nursing staff.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new nurses.
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and infection control standards.
- Coordinate with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and other departments to ensure continuity of care.
- Oversee documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage clinical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory.
- Handle patient concerns, incidents, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and support accreditation requirements.
- Prepare reports and maintain nursing performance and operational records.
Requirements
- With HOMECARE Experience is a must.
Pay
- Pay: AED7,500.00 AED9,000.00 per hour
