Responsibilities
- Inspect cut and bent reinforcement steel products to ensure compliance with approved drawings, bending schedules, and project specifications
- Verify dimensions, shape codes, bending angles, lengths, quantities, and tagging of processed materials
- Conduct in process and final inspections during production
- Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
- Identify, document, and report non conforming materials and products
- Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, client requirements, and company quality procedures
- Assist in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Liaise with production, planning, and dispatch teams to ensure timely release of approved materials
Requirements
- Experience in inspecting cut and bent reinforcement steel products
- Ability to verify dimensions, shape codes, bending angles, lengths, quantities, and tagging
- Knowledge of quality standards and procedures
- Experience in conducting in process and final inspections
- Ability to identify, document, and report non conforming materials
