Requirements
- Strong foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
- Experience in Quality Management, including developing quality policies, procedures, and performance metrics
- Background in Supplier Quality, with skills in evaluating, auditing, and collaborating with external partners
- Proven Engineering Management skills, including leading technical teams and coordinating cross functional projects
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, quality management, healthcare technology, or a related field
- Knowledge of healthcare or medical device regulatory frameworks in the UAE and MENA region is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Prior experience in a quality engineering or quality management role within healthcare or a regulated industry is highly beneficial

Role Description
- The Quality Engineering Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on site work and flexible work from home arrangements.
- This role oversees quality engineering activities across healthcare related processes, systems, and suppliers.
