- Research relevant topics, draft and edit posts and articles
- Moderate discussions and respond to member queries in a professional and informative manner
- Maintain a consistent content schedule
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to feature insights or guidance
- Ensure that all information shared is up to date and aligned with local regulations
- Contribute to growing engagement within the group and strengthening its reputation as a trusted resource for healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Ability to research and synthesize information on healthcare careers, licensing processes, and regional regulations
- Strong written communication skills, including clear, concise writing and basic editing and proofreading abilities
- Experience creating online content or managing community platforms (social media groups, forums, or professional networks)
- Comfort engaging with diverse healthcare professionals and responding to questions in a respectful, gender neutral, and non discriminatory manner
- Familiarity with UAE and Middle East healthcare job markets and licensing bodies (MOH, DHA, HAAD) is highly beneficial
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a part time hybrid setup, and meet content deadlines
- Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in the region are an asset
- Background in healthcare, healthcare administration, or medical recruitment is a plus but not mandatory

Role Description
- The Owner OR Writer role is a part time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
- The individual in this role will create, curate, and publish concise, accurate content about healthcare job opportunities, licensing processes, and career pathways in the UAE and broader Middle East region.
- Day to day tasks include researching relevant topics, drafting and editing posts and articles, moderating discussions, and responding to member queries in a professional and informative manner.
- The role also involves maintaining a consistent content schedule, collaborating with healthcare professionals to feature insights or guidance, and ensuring that all information shared is up to date and aligned with local regulations.
