Requirements
- Strong skills in Market Intelligence and Market Analysis to interpret healthcare employment trends and regional dynamics
- Proficiency in Competitive Intelligence and Market Research to monitor platforms, employers, and regulatory changes
- Advanced Analytical Skills to synthesize complex data into clear insights, visualizations, and strategic recommendations
- Experience in or familiarity with healthcare labor markets, especially within UAE / Middle East / MENA, is highly beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Dubai, manage part time schedules, and collaborate with remote teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Health Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; relevant certifications in market research or analytics are a plus
- Comfort with data tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, BI tools, presentation software) to build reports and dashboards
