Responsibilities
- Supervise daily QA/QC activities for solar mounting structure fabrication and installation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.)
- Conduct inspections on raw materials, in process production, and finished products
- Monitor welding, galvanizing, and assembly quality
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and site teams to resolve quality issues
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and NCR (Non Conformance Reports)
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Ensure proper documentation and quality traceability
- Train and guide QC inspectors and technicians
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC experience in steel structure / solar mounting systems
- Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, hot dip galvanizing, welding inspection (WPS, PQR, NDT methods)
- Familiar with international standards (ISO 9001, ASTM, EN standards)
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in solar or renewable energy projects preferred
