Assist the Production Manager in daily production planning and coordination.
2.
Monitor production schedules and ensure production targets are achieved.
3.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth production operations.
4.
Follow up on manpower allocation, materials, and equipment availability.
5.
Monitor production efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
6.
Prepare production reports and analyze production data.
7.
Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
8.
Assist in training and supervising production staff when required.
9.
Follow up on production issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
10.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Production Manager.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of production / manufacturing experience preferred.
- Able to speak Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiar with production processes and basic production management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in manufacturing companies is preferred.
- Willing to work flexible hours when required.
- Experience working with multicultural teams is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is required.
