About the Role

- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company EHS standards
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports with corrective actions
- Organize safety training and awareness programs for employees
- Monitor workplace conditions and recommend improvements to enhance safety performance
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government authorities on EHS matters
- Maintain EHS records, permits, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of EHS experience, preferably in construction, energy, or industrial projects
- Knowledge of local EHS regulations and international standards
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
