PV Mounting Project Manager（Solar Mounting Structure）Saudi

1. Overall Project Management

• Manage the full lifecycle of PV mounting structure projects (initiation, design, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and delivery)
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality plans

1. Technical Coordination

• Participate in mounting system design (fixed tilt / tracking systems) and optimization
• Coordinate with engineering teams (structural, civil, electrical) to ensure feasibility and execution

1. Construction & Site Management

• Oversee on-site installation and construction activities
• Manage subcontractors, installation teams, and equipment mobilization
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and progress requirements
• Resolve on-site issues and risks

1. Supply Chain & Resource Management

• Coordinate steel structure fabrication, logistics, and site delivery
• Manage suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors

1. Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the main point of contact with clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and authorities
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and coordination

1. Cost & Risk Control

• Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget
• Identify risks (schedule, material, regulatory) and implement mitigation measures

1. Project Handover

• Organize inspections, testing, and final acceptance
• Ensure project delivery meets contract requirements

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields

1. Work Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in PV, steel structure, or related projects
• Proven experience in PV mounting systems (fixed or tracker) preferred
• Overseas project experience (especially Middle East) is a plus

1. Technical Skills

• Familiar with PV mounting structures and installation processes
• Knowledge of steel fabrication, galvanization, and anti-corrosion processes
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)

1. Language

• Good command of English for daily work and communication

1. Competencies

• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to site conditions
• Willing to travel or be site-based

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tracker systems
• Familiarity with Middle East standards (e.g., SABER, SASO)
• PMP or equivalent certification
