Quality Assurance and Control
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and protocols for civil construction and façade projects.
- Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and manage inspection reports, test results, and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with project management teams to maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaboration
- Work with site teams and estimation departments to deliver effective quality solutions.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to support quality deliverables and project alignment.
Training and Improvement
- Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Foster quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in quality management or a related field, focused on civil construction and aluminium façade work.
- Proficiency in quality management software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methods, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and lead quality improvement initiatives.
- A bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
