Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates for sheet metal fabrication.
- Evaluate materials, labor, and equipment costs for accurate budgeting.
- Work with project managers and design teams to gather estimating information.
- Obtain pricing and technical data from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist with project proposals, scopes of work, and pricing breakdowns.
- Monitor market trends and competitive pricing and benchmark similar projects.
- Maintain cost estimate, project specification, and supplier information databases.
- Prepare reports and presentations and track project budgets for management and clients.
Requirements
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to sheet metal fabrication.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
