Design Development
- Create detailed facade designs that meet architectural, aesthetic, and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate facade designs into overall building plans.
Technical Expertise
- Research materials and technologies for facade systems, including sustainable options.
- Use AutoCAD, Revit, or Rhino to produce accurate and detailed drawings.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and support timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare documentation and presentations for regulatory approvals and stakeholder reviews.
Client Interaction
- Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements and provide expert design advice.
- Present design concepts and modifications to clients and project teams effectively.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
