About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance methods for providing good services to the customers
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations
- Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors to ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist in the development of training to build quality awareness
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen lean methods, etc.
Requirements
- Experience in engineering, Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical field
- Experience in quality engineering or quality assurance in service or product sectors
- Certified by IRCA, BSI or equivalent as Quality auditor
- Thorough knowledge of quality methodologies and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
- Strong computer skills, including Visio, Minitab, Microsoft Office, QA applications, and databases
- Arabic and English language proficiency
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Detail oriented with a dedication to the principles of continuous improvement
- Ability to work in multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
