Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled audits of SOPs, CMDB records, and preventive-maintenance evidence.
- Verify operational reports against ITSM system data.
- Track corrective actions arising from audits and quality reviews.
- Support root-cause analysis activities.
- Assist in maintaining the known-error database.
- Maintain quality documentation, audit records, and audit trails.
- Support the QC Manager in maintaining service quality across the contract.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or IT.
- ISO/IEC 20000 or ISO 27001 Internal Auditor certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in quality or service-management support.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Good documentation and audit-record management skills.
- Understanding of ITSM and quality-management processes.
- Must comply with airport HSE, cybersecurity, and security requirements.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
