Role overview

Requirements

• At least three years of restaurant industry experience is required, preferably in quality control or a related position.
• Previous work experience in the UAE is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of food quality, food safety, hygiene, and restaurant standards is required.
• The candidate must be able to conduct inspections, identify issues, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, follow-up, pressure management, and cross-department coordination are required.
• Knowledge of UAE food safety standards and regulations is preferred.
• Arabic language ability is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with restaurant quality and food safety standards.
• Inspect kitchen, storage, food preparation, cleanliness, and service operations.
• Ensure compliance with approved operational policies and procedures.
• Report violations, quality issues, and improvement opportunities to management.
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure observations are addressed.
• Monitor raw materials, products, storage, and food handling procedures.
• Support improvements in overall quality and operational performance.

• The role is performed in person at the restaurant in Dubai, UAE.
