About the Role
Faham Group is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to oversee product quality from supplier inspection through final shipment. The role requires 2-4 years of QC experience in manufacturing, ideally in furniture or metal industry, and ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspection of materials and components received from suppliers in accordance with specifications and standards
- Conduct in process inspection at individual production stages to detect non conformities early
- Perform final inspection of finished products before packaging and shipment, assessing dimensions, surface quality, lacquering, functionality of fittings, and correctness of assembly
- Verify product compliance with technical documentation, design drawings, and customer requirements
- Identify, document, and mark non conforming products and oversee their further processing (quarantine, rework, scrap)
- Participate in root cause analysis of non conformities and in developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Participate in handling customer complaints — analyzing reports, assessing their validity, and preparing a technical response

- Bachelor's Degree / BE in mechanics, materials engineering, wood technology, machine design, or related
- Approx. 2–4 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the furniture, wood work, or metal industry

General Description of the Role
- The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing product quality at every stage of the operations process — from the inspection of materials and components received from suppliers, through in process inspection, to the assessment of finished products before shipment to the customer.
- To ensure that products meet the company's quality requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations, as well as to minimize the number of defects, complaints, and costs associated with non conformities.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Performing quality inspection of materials and components received from suppliers in accordance with specifications and standards.
- Conducting in process inspection at individual production stages in order to detect non conformities early.
- Final inspection of finished products before packaging and shipment — assessing dimensions, surface quality, lacquering, functionality of fittings, and correctness of assembly.
