Responsibilities
- Analyze production and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement process improvements, validating impact against baseline performance
- Support layout improvements and workflow optimization across production lines
- Reduce waste, defects, and production losses through targeted improvement initiatives
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone) and drive corrective and preventive actions to closure
- Monitor process quality and initiate improvement actions
- Provide ongoing production support in resolving technical problems
- Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives: 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, and Visual Management
- Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the operation
- Lead or contribute to cross functional improvement projects from scoping through implementation
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes
- Perform time studies and identify opportunities to improve labor productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years in Process Engineering or Continuous Improvement
- Solid grounding in Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Visual Management)
- Root Cause Analysis methods (5 Why, Fishbone)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- AutoCAD, ERP system experience is an advantage

Job Purpose
- The Process Engineer drives measurable improvement across Faham Group's manufacturing operations — increasing productivity, reducing waste and defects, and standardizing processes.
- Partners closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Installation teams to identify root causes of inefficiency and deliver practical, sustainable solutions on the shop floor.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years in Process Engineering or Continuous Improvement; manufacturing background (furniture, woodworking, modular construction, or similar) is an advantage.
- Solid grounding in Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Visual Management); Root Cause Analysis methods (5 Why, Fishbone).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; AutoCAD, ERP system experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and structured problem solving skills; effective communication and cross functional teamwork.
