- Champion a zero-defect culture; lead structured root-cause analysis and corrective action for all non-conformances.
5. Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing
- Champion Lean Manufacturing principles — 5S, VSM, Kaizen, Kanban — across all production sites.
- Apply Agile methodologies for production planning sprints and cross-functional project delivery.
- Drive measurable improvements in material yield, cycle times, and waste reduction year-on-year.

- Foster a high-performance culture through structured performance reviews, skills development programs, and proactive succession planning.
- Manage labour planning across peak and off-peak cycles; ensure optimal shift structures and resource utilization at all times.
8. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Maintain a zero-accident environment; enforce strict PPE compliance, dust extraction standards, and chemical handling protocols at all sites.
- Conduct regular HSE audits, safety drills, and compliance reviews across all four facilities.
- Ensure all new machinery deployments, process changes, and staff inductions include mandatory, documented safety training.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors' / Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline (preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in furniture, joinery, or extrusion manufacturing; minimum 5 years in a senior production management role.
- Proven track record managing 200+ production staff across multiple manufacturing sites simultaneously.
- Hands-on product knowledge across Doors, Closet Systems, and Extrusion manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated application of Lean tools — 5S, Kaizen, VSM.
- Strong experience managing multi-disciplinary teams spanning production, planning, maintenance, and quality functions.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software.
- Deep understanding of CNC machinery, beam saws, edge-banders, and extrusion equipment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to coordinate effectively across Design, Sales, Installation, and Supply Chain teams.
