- Handle import and export shipping documentation
- Process transactions through Dubai Trade (Mirsal 2)
- Prepare and submit Bill of Entry (BOE) and other customs documents
- Coordinate customs clearance with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate shipping and customs records
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth logistics operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of hands on experience with Dubai Trade (Mirsal 2)
- Practical experience in import/export customs documentation
- Experience in Bill of Entry (BOE) processing and customs clearance procedures
- Good knowledge of UAE shipping and logistics operations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills

Job Summary
