Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Checker for refurbished mobile phones.
The candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and ensuring that all mobile devices meet company quality standards before release or sale.
Responsibilities
Inspect mobile phone body housing for dents, scratches, cracks, and physical damageCheck screws and overall device assembly condition
Test camera quality (front and rear cameras)Inspect glass and LCD/display conditionTest volume buttons, power button, mute switch, and other physical buttonsCheck touchscreen responsiveness and display performance
Test NFC payment functionality
Verify microphone, speaker, earpiece, and sound quality
Perform video and audio recording tests
Test charging port, battery charging, and connectivity
Check Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, SIM card, and network functions
Ensure all mobile phone functions and overall performance are working properly
Identify defects and report issues to the repair team
Maintain accurate QC records and testing results
Requirements
4 years experience in quality checks
Experience in refurbished mobile phone testing or repair is an advantage
Knowledge of Android and iPhone device functionsStrong attention to detail
Ability to identify hardware and software issues
Basic troubleshooting skills
Responsible and able to work under pressure
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
Experience using mobile testing tools/software
Familiarity with different mobile phone brands and models
Knowledge in cosmetic grading standards for refurbished phones
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
