About the Role
Stepping Stones General Trading seeks an ERP Stock and Accountant to manage inventory control, reconciliation, costing, and core accounting tasks. The role involves tracking stock levels, conducting physical counts, posting invoices, and generating financial reports.

Responsibilities
- Track stock levels, oversee warehouse movements, and ensure accurate valuation of goods within ERP
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts, reconciling variances
- Maintain standard costs for inventory, track landed costs, and analyze product margins
- Post and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and sales receipts
- Assist with general ledger entries, process bank reconciliations, and close inventory periods
- Generate analytical reports to help management monitor profitability and control operational costs
- Ensure invoices match tax laws (such as UAE VAT) and support audit requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Hands on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Tally)
- Strong ability to track variances, identify discrepancies, and understand stock movements impact on General Ledger

Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.

Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
