About the Role
An electronics trading company in Al Quoz, UAE is looking for an E-Commerce Operations Administrator with 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce order fulfillment. The role involves platform and inventory management, order processing, logistics coordination, returns management, and data analytics.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and update online catalogs across various marketplaces
- Track serial numbers, SKU mapping, warranties, and stock levels to prevent overselling
- Monitor end to end order pipeline, ensure prompt invoice generation, verify payments, and coordinate with fulfillment centers
- Work alongside local logistics and courier partners to ensure secure and on time delivery
- Administer reverse logistics process including technical evaluation, quality control, warranty processing, and refunds
- Maintain and review daily operational dashboards, track sales velocity, monitor Buy Box performance, and provide reports on shipping costs and margins
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in e commerce, order fulfillment, or online retail
- Experience in consumer electronics is highly advantageous
- Strong command of E Commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Noon Mahaseel, Shopify, or Magento)
- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Solid understanding of electronics
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree

Key Responsibilities
- Platform & Inventory Management: Oversee and update online catalogs across various marketplaces. Track serial numbers, SKU mapping, warranties, and stock levels to prevent overselling of high demand items.
- Order Processing: Monitor the end to end order pipeline, ensure prompt invoice generation, verify payments, and coordinate with fulfillment centers to prevent delivery delays.
- Logistics & Last Mile Coordination: Work alongside local logistics and courier partners in the UAE to ensure fragile tech equipment is handled securely and delivered on time.
- Returns & Defect Management: Administer the reverse logistics process, including technical evaluation, quality control, manufacturer warranty processing, and processing refunds.
- Data & Analytics: Maintain and review daily operational dashboards, track sales velocity, monitor Buy Box performance, and provide reports on shipping costs and margins.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in e commerce, order fulfillment, or online retail. Experience specifically in consumer electronics is highly advantageous.
- System Skills: Strong command of E Commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Noon Mahaseel, Shopify, or Magento) and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Technical Aptitude: A solid understanding of electronics (e.g., distinguishing between specifications) helps accurately address product listing details and customer queries.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to resolve technical/logistics issues quickly, and strong cross functional communication.
Pay
- Pay: AED2,500.00 AED3,500.00 per year
