Role overview
ixigo is hiring a Quality Auditor, Customer Experience, to manage process quality for customer service.
The role drives daily quality processes, improves operational efficiency, and provides customer insights to product, technology, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor calls, emails, and chats using audit forms and identify fatal and non-fatal errors.
- Analyze historical trends to uncover agent training needs.
- Conduct feedback sessions for agents and trainers.
- Publish daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Conduct calibration sessions with operations and training teams.
- Run quality improvement and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Define and cascade SOPs following process or product updates.
- Design audit forms aligned with process guidelines across touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience as a QA professional.
- Experience in ecommerce or travel is preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays.
