- Oversee and execute all QA/QC procedures across underground pipelines, utility corridors, and civil works
- Lead site inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality audits to verify compliance with standards
- Partner closely with consultants, contractors, and site engineers to resolve quality issues
- Prepare and manage method statements, material submittals, inspection requests (IRs), and non conformance reports (NCRs)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of specialized UAE/GCC experience managing QA/QC for underground utility infrastructure
- Valid PMP Certification
- Active DMT (Department of Municipalities and Transport) Certification
- Deep familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality standards and authority approval channels

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with minimum 5 years of specialized UAE/GCC experience managing QA/QC for underground utility infrastructure.
- Must have valid PMP Certification and active DMT (Department of Municipalities and Transport) Certification.
- Deep familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality standards, authority approval channels, and comprehensive project documentation.
