Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and industry standards
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality policies, objectives, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee QA/QC activities across Civil, Mechanical, E&I, Welding, and NDE disciplines
- Conduct quality audits, vendor assessments, subcontractor evaluations, and compliance reviews
- Monitor project quality performance, KPIs, corrective actions, and continual improvement initiatives
- Support procurement, construction, and project teams on quality related matters
- Manage quality documentation, certification requirements, and client quality expectations
- Lead and mentor QA/QC teams while driving a culture of quality excellence across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 15+ years of Quality Management experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Construction projects
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems, QA/QC processes, and auditing practices
- Experience managing multidisciplinary QA/QC teams and major project quality requirements
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Overview
