Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Project HSE Plans, procedures, and safety initiatives
- Conduct risk assessments, HSE audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC, OSHAD, and company HSE requirements
- Develop emergency response plans and monitor project safety performance
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams on HSE matters
- Lead HSE meetings, toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs
- Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare reports for senior management
- Mentor and supervise HSE Engineers, Senior HSE Officers, and HSE Officers
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science
- NEBOSH IGC/GC (Mandatory)
- Minimum 12 years of experience, including 5+ years in an HSE Manager role within Oil & Gas/EPC industry
- Strong knowledge of PTW systems, risk assessments, HSE audits, emergency response, and incident investigation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Diploma in Safety/HSE is an advantage
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor / ISO 14001 certification is preferred

Position Overview
