Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements
- Participate in internal and external ISO audits and manage audit related corrective actions
- Maintain IMS documentation, procedures, records, and document control systems
- Support preparation and revision of quality procedures, work instructions, and process documentation
- Drive quality awareness, continual improvement initiatives, and KPI monitoring
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure IMS compliance across operations
- Participate in management reviews, risk assessments, and process improvement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Welding, Marine, or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience
- Experience in marine, offshore, shipbuilding, or fabrication projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of welding, NDT, coatings, and inspection procedures is advantageous
- QA/QC certifications preferred; CSWIP, BGAS, NACE, or ASNT certifications will be an added advantage

Overview
