Responsibilities
- Assist Director QA in preparation and monitoring of annual Quality Management Budget
- Oversee all QA payment commitments to certification bodies and ensure compliance to payment timeline
- Create PR and SRN on time for all payment commitments and follow up with Finance Department
- Archive all budget related records in QA Server for reference
- Support QA for administration related matters such as workstation, stationaries, PPEs, transportation, IT issues
- Coordinate with relevant department for external audits administration requirements and facilitate arrangements
- Support the use of web portals of certification/regulatory bodies for handling applications and documents
- Ensure latest copies of all certificates and licenses are available in QA server and IMS Portal
- Support QA in buying required standards, specifications, codes, etc.
- Oversee and contribute to document management activities to ensure documents are managed and controlled
- Responsible for control of documents related to QS Program and retention of records
- Oversee and provide guidance to document controllers for maintaining Master List of Documents

Job Description
- This position is open to Emirati Nationals only as part of our Emiratization initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Director QA in preparation and monitoring of annual Quality Management Budget.
- Oversee all QA payment commitments to certification bodies; and make proper planning for the compliance to payment timeline.
- Create PR and SRN on time for all the payment commitments & agreement, and closely follow up with Finance Department.
- Archive all budget related records in QA Server for reference.
- Support QA for the administration related matters such as the support for proper workstation, stationaries, PPEs, transportation, resolve IT related issues, etc.
- Coordinate with relevant department for the external audits administration requirements and facilitate necessary arrangements.
- Support the use of web portals of certification / regulatory bodies for handling required application & related documents.
- Ensure to check the web portals of relevant certification bodies in exact time to download the latest certificate copies.
- Support QA in buying required standards, specifications, codes, etc. as directed by Director QA.
- Oversee and contribute to the document management activities to ensure that all documents are managed and controlled.
- Responsible for the control of documents related to the QS Program and retention of all records required by this NQA Manual.
- Oversee & provide guidance to document controllers for effectively & accurately maintaining the Master List of Documents.
Qualification
- Bachelors Degree
- Good knowledge of ISO standards and related documentation processes
- 5 8 years of experience in coordination, document control and administration
