Seeking a Senior Automation Tester with
8–10 years
of experience to lead QA automation for healthcare web applications (EHR, patient portals, telemedicine).
Must architect frameworks, mentor juniors, and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & maintain
frameworks (POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid)
- Create, review, and automate
- test cases
- (functional, regression, integration)
- Integrate automation into
- CI/CD pipelines
(Jenkins And Gitlab And Azure)
- Validate healthcare workflows & ensure
Hipaa-Compliant
- test data
- Mentor 2–4 junior testers (code reviews, troubleshooting)
- Generate metrics-driven test reports
Required Skills
- **Selenium WebDriver**
- – Expert-level proficiency
- **Test Cases**
- – Expert in designing, writing, and automating complex test scenarios
- **TestNG / JUnit**
- – Test execution and assertion frameworks
- **Maven / Gradle**
- – Build and dependency management
- **Java or Python**
- – Strong OOP programming skills (collections, exceptions, file handling)
- **REST Assured / Postman**
- – API automation and validation
- **Jenkins / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps**
- – CI/CD pipeline integration
- **Git**
- – Version control (branching, merging, pull requests)
- **SQL**
- – Database validation for healthcare records
- **Extent Reports / Allure**
- – Test reporting and logging
- **JIRA / Azure Boards**
- – Defect tracking and agile management
Qualifications
- 8–10 years QA experience (6+ in automation)
- Arabic Speaking
- Proven framework design from scratch
- Agile/Scrum expertise
- Bachelor's in CS or related field Mandatory: Healthcare domain experience (EHR / EMR / billing / patient portals)
- Understanding of HIPAA or GDPR data privacy compliance
- Experience using anonymized/synthetic patient test data
