Responsibilities
- Review annual Quality Plans submitted by Framework Contractors and ensure compliance with organizational quality policies
- Conduct inspections of Framework Contractors’ work activities to verify compliance with contractual quality requirements
- Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and monitor their proper implementation
- Support DNO&M internal audits and conduct second party audits of Framework Contractors
- Review Contractors’ QA/QC reports, Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), observations, and inspection records
- Coordinate with Framework Contractors to ensure timely resolution of Technical Queries, Concession Requests, and NCRs
- Monitor contractor performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Degree obtained from North America, Western Europe, or Australia
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 50001
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary organization, preferably in the Middle East
- Extensive knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
- Physically fit to enter and work in confined spaces

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Degree obtained from North America, Western Europe, or Australia.
- Chartered Membership in a relevant professional body (Chartered QA/QC Engineer) is preferred.
- Physically fit to enter and work in confined spaces.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 50001.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary organization, preferably in the Middle East.
- Extensive knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
Key Responsibilities
