- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and lead generation
- Promote and sell IT products, software, hardware, cloud solutions, cybersecurity solutions, managed IT services, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC)
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales
- Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM software
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT sales, technology solutions, or B2B sales
- Strong knowledge of IT products, software, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Valid driving license is an advantage

Job Summary
