Job Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated and results driven IT Sales Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling IT products, software solutions, cloud services, managed services, and IT support solutions.
  • The successful candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Promote and sell IT products, software, hardware, cloud solutions, cybersecurity solutions, managed IT services, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM software.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT sales, technology solutions, or B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, software, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driving license is an advantage.
