- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and provide support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other administrative documents
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Assist with vendor coordination and service providers
- Support HR with employee records, onboarding, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 1 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Pay
- QAR 3,000 per month
