Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR related documentation
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace issues
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data
- Support visa processing and other government related HR documentation, if required
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Summary

Qualifications
