Job Summary

  • We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Officer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to support and manage the company's human resources functions.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR related documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace issues.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
  • Support visa processing and other government related HR documentation, if required.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Qatar or the GCC.
  • Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS or HR management systems.

Pay

  • QAR4,000.00 per month
