About the Role
HARLIENZ is seeking a Quality Assurance & Administrative Officer to conduct final quality inspections of finished goods and support administrative tasks. Candidates should have experience in quality assurance, production, or the fashion/apparel industry.

Responsibilities
- Conduct final quality inspections of all finished goods before delivery
- Ensure stitching, finishing, measurements, colors, fabrics, and overall craftsmanship meet quality standards
- Verify tagging, labeling, packaging, and product presentation
- Work closely with Production Team to identify and resolve quality issues
- Follow up on customer orders with Sales Team to ensure timely completion and delivery
- Monitor production progress and update order status
- Report defects or inconsistencies and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Maintain quality control records and inspection reports
- Support daily administrative tasks, filing, documentation, and internal coordination
- Assist management with operational and administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Female candidate
- Previous experience in quality assurance, production, administration, or fashion/apparel industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, stitching quality, and finishing standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks
