Responsibilities
- Provide daily executive support, including general manager scheduling, meeting confirmations, follow ups, and coordination
- Manage communications, chats, and inquiries professionally and ensure timely responses
- Support the planning and execution of brand events, activations, and private experiences
- Coordinate guest lists, VIP databases, and private club invitations
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, influencers, partners, and key contacts
- Reach out to selected guests and manage private invitations for brand activations
- Create and manage Google Forms, booking links, and registration systems for events and experiences
- Support social media and marketing initiatives with content preparation and coordination
- Create professional presentations, invitations, and marketing materials using Canva and other creative tools
- Assist in preparing event materials, schedules, guest experiences, and follow up reports
- Research trends, ideas, collaborations, and opportunities related to brand growth
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners
Requirements
- Previous experience in executive assistance, events, marketing, PR, hospitality, or luxury brands is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and ability to interact with VIP clients and partners
- Good understanding of social media, digital tools, and marketing concepts
- Strong Canva skills and ability to create visually appealing content and presentations
- Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Calendar, forms, and digital organization tools
- Creative mindset with interest in fashion, lifestyle, events, and experiences
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast paced environment
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility
