About the Role
The Supreme Legislation Committee seeks a Quality and Operations Specialist to develop process management methodologies, monitor operational plans, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop methodologies, procedures, and templates related to process management in coordination with organisational units
- Monitor the implementation of operational plans and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Prepare periodic operational reports on the implementation of processes and procedures, including recommendations
- Review functions and work procedures of organisational units and verify compliance with quality requirements
- Design and conduct internal and external institutional surveys to assess stakeholder satisfaction
- Analyse survey results and prepare analytical reports with recommendations
- Promote awareness of total quality management concepts and develop guidance materials and templates
- Manage quality related knowledge, including documenting updated procedures and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Public Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in quality or operations management
- Professional certifications in quality management (ISO 9001) or operations management preferred

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Quality Management, Public Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent)
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in quality or operations management
- Professional certifications in quality management (ISO 9001) or operations management are preferred
