Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Quadient Workflow Engineer with expertise in CCM, Quadient Inspire, Azure Cloud services, and enterprise document workflow integrations.
Design and optimize scalable document generation and distribution workflows integrated with cloud data platforms and BlueCrest.
Support the complete document lifecycle, including composition, processing, bundling, delivery, monitoring, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Quadient Inspire workflows using Designer, Scaler, Interactive, and Automation.
- Develop customer communication workflows covering document composition, template management, formatting, assembly, bundling, and delivery.
- Build high-volume batch and near-real-time document processing workflows.
- Integrate Quadient Inspire with BlueCrest print and mail management systems.
- Implement Azure integrations, data pipelines, workflow orchestration, and event-driven processing.
- Develop REST, SOAP, file-based, XML, JSON, and CSV integrations.
- Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and error handling.
- Support regulatory, audit, retention, and archival requirements.
- Troubleshoot production failures and collaborate across architecture, development, DevOps, business, and operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire and CCM solutions.
- Strong experience with enterprise document workflows and high-volume document generation.
- Experience integrating CCM platforms with enterprise applications and cloud services.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler, Interactive, and Automation.
- Experience with document composition, templates, workflow configuration, lifecycle management, output management, dynamic content, personalization, and business rules.
- Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, Blob Storage, Data Lake Storage, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Synapse Analytics.
- Experience with ETL/ELT, data ingestion, workflow orchestration, data transformation, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, XML, JSON, and CSV processing.
- Experience with SQL, Python, and JavaScript for processing, automation, integration support, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with BlueCrest print and mail solutions, document delivery platforms, and high-volume batch processing.
Preferred Skills
- Azure Databricks experience is preferred.
- CCM implementation experience and knowledge of communication standards and document governance are preferred.
- Cloud-native architecture, event-driven systems, monitoring, observability, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, security, compliance, and audit experience are preferred.
