Role Overview
The role supports enterprise healthcare data platforms, AI/ML initiatives, reporting modernization, and cloud-based data engineering programs.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Data Architects, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and engineering teams.
The position focuses on secure, reliable, and high-performance data solutions for analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is required.
- The role requires 5–8 years of experience in data engineering roles.
- Experience with enterprise-scale data pipelines, data warehouses, cloud data platforms, and modern analytics ecosystems is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Build and optimize ingestion frameworks using Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and cloud technologies.
- Integrate claims, membership, provider, clinical, and other healthcare data sources.
- Develop enterprise data models for reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML solutions.
