Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the organization’s QHSE management systems, policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable QHSE regulations, legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices
- Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, hazard identification, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- Conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, follow up on non conformities, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and implement improvement actions to prevent recurrence
- Monitor workplace activities to ensure employees, contractors, and vendors comply with approved QHSE standards and safe working practices
- Develop and deliver QHSE awareness sessions, toolbox talks, and employee training programs
- Ensure emergency response procedures, fire drills, inspections, and safety checks are effectively implemented and recorded
- Maintain QHSE documentation, records, statistics, and prepare periodic performance reports for management review
- Promote a positive safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives across all business operations
Requirements
- Experience in implementing and maintaining QHSE management systems
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Experience conducting internal audits and risk assessments
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and training skills

Key Responsibilities
