Job Title: QHSE Officer (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment)
Job Summary
The QHSE Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards within the organization.
The role involves implementing policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor workplace safety practices and enforce safety regulations
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions
- Maintain QHSE documentation and records
- Coordinate with management and external auditors during inspections
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in QHSE or similar role
- Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and risk management
- Good communication and reporting skills

- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Experience
- Facilities Management: 3 years (Required)
