JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION: Business Development Executive/ Sales Engineer
· Identify, and secure new business opportunities across commercial, residential, industrial, and government sectors in UAE
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets set by company
· Prepare and submit high‑quality proposals, presentations, and FM service solutions tailored to client needs.
· Respond, Estimate, Submit RFPs, RFQs, and tenders in coordination with the technical & procurement departments.
· Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and track progress through the ERP & CRM and to be aligned with yearly goals
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, consultants, developers, facility owners or related departments for securing and maintaining contracts.
· Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and identify new AMC & Ad hoc opportunities.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding and contract mobilization.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the UAE FM sector.
· Provide insights and recommendations to management to support strategic planning.
· Representing Reliance FM at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
· Track, Submit and participate in all industry awards/events and keep a record of the submissions.
· Collaborate with operations, finance, procurement, and HR teams to ensure accurate costing and service delivery alignment.
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.
· Update and submit ERP Reports on Sales regularly for management review.
· Ensure all documentation, contracts, and CRM records are accurate and up to date.
· Work with marketing staff to ensure that deliverables, profiles, presentations etc. are updated and submitted.
· Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continue to enhance the company’s performance.
Educational Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience
· 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role with Facilities Management Companies in UAE (Mandatory)
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· To be based in UAE and willing to travel as required by the company for Business Development purposes.
Skills & Expectations
· Strong understanding of the UAE market and cultural nuances.
· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
· Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret market data.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· The candidate should have experience of working on Monthly, Quarterly and annual targets.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
