About the Role

- Manage the implementation and ongoing operation of the CAFM system
- Configure and customize the CAFM system to meet organizational needs
- Develop and maintain data standards and procedures for the CAFM system
- Train staff on the use of the CAFM system
- Generate reports and analyze data from the CAFM system
- Assist in managing and maintaining technology infrastructure including hardware, telephone, software, and network systems
- Monitor system performance including ERP and identify potential issues
- Research and recommend new technologies and tools
- Provide technical support and training to staff on CAFM and other technologies
- Develop user guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to identify technology solutions
Requirements
- Experience with CAFM system management and configuration
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and networks
- Ability to provide technical support and training

Responsibilities

- Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in the utilization of the CAFM system.
- Collaborate with operations departments to ensure seamless integration of the CAFM system with other business systems.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in CAFM technology and evaluate potential upgrades or migration to new systems.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, telephone, software, and network systems.
- Monitor system performance including ERP and identify potential issues, taking proactive measures to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Research and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve efficiency, optimize workflows, and enhance operational capabilities.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the technology industry and market needs relevant to the company's operations.
Support and Training
- Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of the CAFM system and other relevant technologies.
- Develop and implement user guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials to ensure effective technology adoption.
Communication and Collaboration
- Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non technical audiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to understand their needs and identify technology solutions to improve their work processes.
Pay
- AED 3,000.00 AED 4,000.00 per month
