About the Role

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor occupational health & safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., UAE OSHAD / municipality guidelines)
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for staff and subcontractors
- Support implementation of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Monitor service delivery standards across facility operations (cleaning, maintenance, MEP, etc.)
- Handle client complaints and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented
- Conduct internal audits and ensure continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices
- Monitor waste management, energy usage, and environmental impact
- Maintain QHSE documentation, reports, and records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification (mandatory or preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in QHSE, preferably in facility management
- Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)

Job Description
- To ensure the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems across all facility management operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
