Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve quality procedures and monitor compliance with their application.
- Raise awareness and train staff on the quality approach.
- Analyze non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and monitor their implementation.
- Monitor and continuously improve the subsidiary’s documentation system, including document control and change requests.
- Prepare management reviews through data collection, monthly process KPI monitoring, and annual process reviews.
- Ensure compliance with accident and TI procedures, including reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and follow-up.
- Produce investigation reports when necessary.
- Follow up on non-conformities and action plans for internal and external audits at subsidiaries.
- Deliver QHSE induction for new employees.
- Monitor regulatory developments.
