What’s the Role About?
The Operations Project Manager is responsible for assigned vessel operations, including crew coordination, safety, cost control and contract execution.
The role connects ship and shore and requires regular communication with clients, crew, technical teams and port agents.
Vessel visits and occasional onboard work are part of the role.
Key Missions
- Own day-to-day operations for assigned vessels and ensure delivery aligns with client contracts, timelines and technical requirements.
- Manage project costs in real time and monitor financial performance with the commercial team.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and adapt operations when client needs change.
- Support crews with the resources and coordination needed to deliver successful projects.
- Ensure crews maintain reporting, maintenance and onboard housekeeping standards.
- Maintain accurate project data in ERP systems.
