About the Role

Job Responsibilities & Tasks
- Inspect products (inline + Lab Testing) according to the set Quality Plan to ensure they meet customers’ specifications.
- Attend job start up and approve dispatching start up sample for Lab testing after performing all required inline inspection.
- Fill Quality Control Inspection Report (QCIR) and prepare QC Lab Testing reports to document findings and safeguard records.
- Initiate Internal Rejections (IRs) for out of specs products, label with Hold tag, relocate to Quarantine area, submit IR form to QC Team Leader and update Non Conformities Log.
- Once approved by QC Unit Head, Submit Non Conformity Report (NCR) to concerned Section Head for proper investigation.
- Upon NCR finalization, label the Hold product with correspondent tag (Segregate, Caution, Waste) for clear visibility.
- Inspect re worked goods to ensure product is free of defects.
- Collect samples for retention as part of Traceability process.
- Troubleshoot Lab equipment malfunctions and seek support from QC Team Leader as needed.
- Stamp product labels and pallet labels after verifying contents.
- Coach QC Officers and Inspectors over inline inspection and Lab Testing techniques for Extrusion, Printing and Cutting sections.
- Conduct Lab testing for Trials and competitor samples and prepare Lab Testing reports.
