About the Role

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project documents in existing file management systems.
- Generate and review certification document packages for quality assurance reviews.
- Work closely with contractors, sub contractors, quality assurance, and quality control team members to ensure QA and project requirements for document management are being met.
- Development of meeting minutes and administrative tasks as necessary to support the construction team.
- Interpret contract specifications and applicable standards for project document management.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents and establish/maintain record retention timelines.
- Handle records across various departments, keep other personnel updated on new document version and how to obtain access.
- Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company's system.
- Support field inspection personnel in materials documentation processes.
- Scan and upload documents according to Company procedure.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable information security policies & procedures.

Key Accountabilities
