- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans tailored to specific projects to ensure adherence to industry standards and client specifications
- Conduct rigorous inspections and testing of materials, processes, and products at various stages of production to identify non conformities
- Collaborate closely with project teams to provide immediate feedback on quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, inspection results, and non conformance reports
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze quality data and trends, making data driven decisions to improve processes
- Lead root cause analysis for quality related issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during site inspections and project reviews
- Train and mentor team members on quality control procedures and best practices
Requirements
- Experience in developing and implementing QA/QC plans for engineering projects
- Knowledge of industry standards and client specifications
- Ability to conduct inspections and testing of materials, processes, and products
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ability to coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
