About the Role

- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and guidelines specific to facade construction
- Review architectural and engineering drawings and specifications related to the facade
- Monitor the selection and quality of facade materials, including glass, cladding, insulation, and sealants
- Verify that installation methods comply with industry standards and safety regulations
- Maintain detailed records of facade inspections, test results, and non conformance reports
- Generate reports summarizing QA/QC findings and provide recommendations for corrective actions
- Collaborate with project management to track and resolve quality related issues
- Communicate quality related information to project stakeholders, including project managers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss and address quality concerns and improvements
Requirements
- Experience in quality assurance and control for facade construction
- Knowledge of architectural and engineering drawings
- Familiarity with facade materials (glass, cladding, insulation, sealants)
